Roger was born in 1965, educated in Glamorgan, South Wales and at the University of Reading, before commencing a training contract with Grant Thornton, specialising in the audit of large family and public companies. He moved to Lincolnshire in 1991 and became a partner in January 1998. He now specialises in accounting services, audits and taxation of family owned companies and unincorporated businesses primarily in the farming sector. Roger is married to Vera and has two children.
